- Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com
- Agency experience (preferred)
- UAE driving license (preferred)
- Arabic and English proficiency (preferred)
- Background in marketing, communications, advertising, media, or design (preferred)

Role Overview

- The ideal candidate understands branding, content, campaigns, and production, and is comfortable managing clients, coordinating internal teams, and overseeing small scale shoots and productions.
- This is a hands on role requiring both strategic thinking and practical execution.
Key Responsibilities Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead meetings, presentations, and project updates.
- Manage project timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities Creative & Strategy
- Translate client requirements into clear creative briefs.
- Support concept development and campaign ideation.
- Review creative output to ensure alignment with strategy and client objectives.
- Contribute to brand, content, and campaign planning.
Key Responsibilities Production & Content
- Lead small scale productions, shoots, and content projects.
- Coordinate talent, locations, permits, suppliers, and logistics.
- Develop call sheets, shot lists, and production schedules.
- Supervise on site execution and ensure smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities Project Management
- Maintain project trackers and timelines.
- Coordinate between creative, content, and experience teams.
- Ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule.
- Identify risks and propose solutions proactively.
Key Responsibilities Business Development Support
- Assist with proposals, scopes of work, and presentations.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
Requirements Essential
- 3–5 years experience in account management, creative production, marketing, or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of branding, content, and social media.
