Crearive Event Designer & Stylist ( freelance -part time)

Âme Studio is looking for a creative Event Designer & Stylist to work with us on a freelance or part-time basis in Dubai.

We are looking for someone with a strong visual eye and refined aesthetic who can take an initial brief or idea and develop it into a thoughtful, beautifully considered event concept.

The role will support our intimate events, tablescapes, floral installations, brand activations and special projects, from early concept development through to final styling and execution.

The role may include:

• Developing creative concepts and visual directions
• Creating moodboards, sketches and visual presentations
• Tablescape and event styling
• Set and spatial design
• Developing ideas around flowers, materials, objects and decorative elements
• Sourcing props, materials and suppliers
• Working closely with our floral and production teams
• Supporting installations and styling on-site
• Ensuring the final execution remains true to the approved concept

We are looking for someone whose work feels refined, contemporary, artistic and considered rather than traditional event décor.

in luxury events, floral design, set design, art direction, hospitality or brand activations is highly preferred.

*This is not a full-time position.

We are open to either an ongoing part-time arrangement or working with the right person on a freelance/project basis.*

Dubai-based candidates preferred.
