Crane Operator / Plant Operator
📍 Location: Specialist Plant, Airfield Road, Hinwick, Wellingborough, NN29 7JQ 📋 Contract: PAYE or CIS 💼 Hours: Full-Time 💰 Salary: Competitive salary package, with additional benefits available to eligible employees.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cranes and plant equipment, helping to ensure projects and operational activities are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cranes and a variety of plant machinery safely and efficiently.
- Carry out lifting, loading, unloading and material handling activities.
- Conduct pre-use inspections and routine equipment checks.
- Ensure all lifting and plant operations are carried out in accordance with site procedures and industry regulations.
- Work closely with supervisors, banksmen, engineers and operational teams.
