Position Overview
Operate heavy lifting equipment safely and precisely within demanding Oil & Gas operations across GCC project sites.
Support lifting operations as a certified crane operator while maintaining strict focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
Core Responsibilities
- Operate AT, RT, and crawler cranes with capacities from 50 to 280 tons according to lift plans.
- Inspect crane equipment before each use.
- Coordinate with riggers, signalers, and site supervisors to execute lifts smoothly.
- Follow site safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate operational logs.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid third-party crane operator certification and an active crane operator license.
- Minimum Senior High School education.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- At least five years of experience operating AT, RT, and crawler cranes from 50 to 280 tons.
- At least five years of Oil & Gas crane operating experience across the GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of crane operations, load handling, equipment inspections, and lifting safety practices.
- Proactive approach to workplace safety and accurate adherence to lift plans.
- Ability to work effectively with riggers, signalers, and supervisors.
Compensation
- Base salary is AED 2,800 per month, plus stated meal, capacity, and site allowances.
- Overtime is paid in accordance with UAE employment law.
