Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of crane-operating experience is required.
- UAE or GCC lifting-operation experience is preferred.
- A valid UAE crane operator licence and third-party competency certification are required where applicable.
- Experience with the specific type and capacity of crane used by the company is required.
- Knowledge of load charts, lifting capacity, boom configuration, and safe working limits is required.
- The candidate must be able to conduct pre-use inspections and identify equipment defects.
- Understanding of lifting plans, hand signals, and radio communication is required.
- The candidate must coordinate safely with the lifting supervisor, rigger, and banksman.
- Knowledge of ground conditions, outriggers, exclusion zones, and weather limitations is required.
- Familiarity with emergency procedures and safe lifting practices is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is on the road and involves field-based lifting operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate the company's crane according to its specific type, capacity, and safe working limits.
- Carry out pre-use inspections and identify equipment defects before operation.
