They have the ability to create ALL components and can produce them in their totality from start to finish with only a rough concept.

• Advanced knowledge of complex construction and woodworking processes and techniques.
• Expanded knowledge of hardware, adhesives and fasteners.
• Advanced knowledge of other materials, IE. Metals, plastics, stone and glass.
• Clear understanding of the buildability and longevity of products and how to produce them to achieve both.
• Advanced knowledge of CNC machinery and code.
• Willingness to mentor and teach junior employees
• Leads by example, experience and knowledge.
• Clear understanding of cabinet finishes.
• Master of laminating and veneer.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
• Proficient in math and geometry.
• Ability to take site measurements
• How to accurately estimate time and duration of projects.
• How to lead, guide and educate others in any situation.
