Responsibilities
- Manages employee training and development and coordinates maintenance of trainings including, but not limited to, refresher, job specific (technical) training, supervisor, management, leadership, soft skills and compliance.
- Maintain compliance with Safety rules and procedures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA Safety regulations and standards
- Teach craft employees standard procedures and processes
- Assist in the development of craft trainings
- Tracks the training for all Craft employees
- Maintain up to date certs
Qualifications
- Five years of experience working in all phases of Telecommunication work (Underground, Civil, Aerial)
- CDL Preferred
- Ability to travel 60-80% of the time
