Requirements
- Strong skills in Curriculum Development and Course Development
- Demonstrated experience in Instructional Design, including creating learning objectives, assessments, and interactive learning experiences
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret learner data, evaluate course effectiveness, and recommend improvements
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Commitment to inclusive, learner centered design and continuous improvement

Role Description
- This is a remote role for a Course Developer at The Learning Curve.
- The Course Developer will design, structure, and update online courses, aligning content with learning objectives and organizational standards.
- The role also involves applying instructional design best practices, analyzing learner feedback and performance data, and continuously improving courses to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
- The Course Developer will work closely with cross functional teams, manage timelines for course launches, and contribute to a scalable, learner centered course catalog.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Curriculum Development and Course Development to design, organize, and maintain structured learning paths.
- Demonstrated experience in Instructional Design, including creating learning objectives, assessments, and interactive learning experiences.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members, and for writing clear instructional content.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret learner data, evaluate course effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
