About the Role
Skip (Just Eat Takeaway.com) is seeking a Courier Pay Analyst to join the Delivery Operations team. You will own analysis and recommendation of courier incentive and pay models across Canada, designing experiments and driving data-driven proposals.

Responsibilities
- Own analysis and recommendation of courier incentive and pay models across Canada
- Design experiments and evaluate effectiveness of courier pay and incentives
- Deploy incentive packages and run post analysis on experiments and BAU activities
- Work closely with scheduling and insights teams to anticipate network needs
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for market teams and senior leadership
- Act as go to point of contact for pay related initiatives across the Canadian business
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business or operations analytics
- SQL proficiency (multi CTE queries, window functions, Google Cloud data warehouse)
- Expertise in Google Sheets or Excel for financial modelling
- Strong analytical instincts and ability to deliver findings to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini etc.)
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with LEAN/Six Sigma or similar operational improvement frameworks (asset)

About This Role
- The Courier Pay Analyst sits within the Delivery Operations subteam at JET Logistics, reporting to the Manager, Courier Pay.
- This is a Monday to Friday role with real commercial impact.
- You will own the analysis and recommendation of courier incentive and pay models across Canada.
Key Ingredients to the Role
- Analyze the effectiveness of courier pay & incentives and test out incentivization models.
- Work closely with global courier pay and delivery planning teams to implement best practices in CA.
- Deploy incentive packages, run post analysis on experiments and BAU activities.
- Work with scheduling and insights teams to anticipate network needs.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for market teams and senior leadership.
- Act as go to point of contact for pay related initiatives across the Canadian business.
What will you bring to the table?
- 3+ years of experience in business or operations analytics.

Compensation
- Compensation range: CAD 70,000 CAD 75,000 per year.
- Final compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
Location
- Hybrid 3 days a week from offices in Toronto or Winnipeg, 2 days working from home.
