Elite Co. is a GCC wide logistics and courier service provider], delivering reliable solutions across Qatar.
We are seeking a responsible and punctual Courier/Driver to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Sort and scan shipments as per the allocated Courier routes.
- Load shipments to vehicles and unload safely during delivery.
- Provide efficient delivery and pick-up service of both inbound and outbound shipments.
- Obtain the signature of the Customers upon delivery and pickups.
- Post shipment status scans and uploads using scanner/tracker.
- Collect payments from Customers and remit daily to the accounts department.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining neatness of vehicle.
- Report on time If any customer issues or concerns
- Seeks sales lead information from new customers.
- Undergo training to develop the skills to serve customers more efficiently
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent in Arabic (basic English preferred)
- Valid Qatar driving license (light vehicle or motorcycle, as required)
- 2-3 years of experience in courier/delivery preferred
- Good knowledge of Qatar roads and locations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
