Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the annual revenue target for KSA, including top line growth and margin performance.
  • Develop and execute a clear country level sales plan with measurable KPIs.
  • Drive pipeline generation, conversion ratios, and deal velocity across all verticals.
  • Lead, coach, and performance manage the KSA sales team against defined quotas.
  • Expand enterprise and government accounts while securing new logos.
  • Personally lead and close high value, strategic opportunities.
  • Maintain strict forecasting accuracy and monthly reporting discipline.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs: Pipeline coverage ratio, Win rate, Sales cycle duration, Average deal size, Gross margin performance.
  • Strengthen executive relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Identify and penetrate new verticals aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven IT sales experience within the Saudi market.
  • 3–5+ years leading high performance sales teams.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding multi million SAR revenue targets.
  • Strong background in system integration and enterprise solution selling.
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles in government and large enterprises.
  • Strong commercial acumen with focus on profitability.
  • Ability to operate at executive level with C suite stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Fluent in English.
