Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive B2B sales growth and secure vendor onboarding across premier Dubai malls (Emaar, Majid Al Futtaim, etc.)
- Execute fast track vendor approvals, product listings, and system setups
- Hit aggressive monthly/annual volume targets, maximizing UAE peaks (DSF, Ramadan)
- Serve as the primary SPOC for key mall category managers and operators
- Book/tag orders flawlessly (SKUs, timelines) with strict UAE VAT compliance
- Provide real time data on competitor pricing, offers, and fast moving retail gaps
- Coordinate strict in mall visual merchandising (VM) and local promotional events

- Must include 3+ years active UAE retail mall network
- Ready network and direct access to top UAE mall operators

- Salary: TBD (Base + Collection linked Incentives)
- Core Mandate: Drive aggressive B2B sales growth and secure vendor onboarding across premier Dubai malls (Emaar, Majid Al Futtaim, etc.). We need a deal closer who can bypass standard 3 6 month onboarding lags using pre existing relationships.
Key KRAs
- Mall Onboarding: Execute fast track vendor approvals, product listings, and system setups.
- Revenue Targets: Hit aggressive monthly/annual volume targets, maximizing UAE peaks (DSF, Ramadan).
- Network Leverage: Serve as the primary SPOC for key mall category managers and operators.
- Execution & Compliance: Book/tag orders flawlessly (SKUs, timelines) with strict UAE VAT compliance.
- Market Intel: Provide real time data on competitor pricing, offers, and fast moving retail gaps.
- Brand Visibility: Coordinate strict in mall visual merchandising (VM) and local promotional events.

Compensation
