We are looking for our Country Head / Country Partner in select markets who will be our primary point of contact for all business, partnerships, and operations in their country.
You will be on the ground floor of building AN SaaS Automation's presence in your market — from GTM strategy to client closings to operational governance.
As the business grows, so does your role, your stakes, and your compensation.
What You'Ll Own
- Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for your country
- Lead generation, outreach, and deal closing with local clients and audit firms
- Client onboarding and relationship management
- Financial planning, pricing decisions, and discount approvals
- Partner and channel engagement with local cybersecurity/audit ecosystems
- Full oversight of business and operations in your country
- Further team expansion, hiring and setting in person office once the business grows in your country
What We'Re Looking For
- Proven experience in IT Audit, Cybersecurity, GRC, Compliance, or SaaS Advisory
- Strong network within the audit, compliance, or regulated industry ecosystem in your country
- CXO-level or senior management stakeholder communication experience Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth environment Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, GDPR, or DPDP (preferred)
- Strong analytical, business development, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication skills across technical, operational, and executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Management, or related field (preferred)

- Upon selection, the Country Partner will be required to:
- Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Complete formal legal onboarding as a Country Partner
- Available for collaborative GTM strategy sessions to help establish the SaaS solution in your region
- Deliver a preliminary revenue and partnership plan within the first quarter — targeting local client acquisition and audit firm onboarding
