Role Overview

  • The Country Marketing Coordinator is responsible for on the ground execution of marketing activities across the UAE, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of events, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
  • This role is highly execution focused, supporting both country and regional teams by translating strategy into seamless operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute local marketing events (trainings, workshops, KOL events, congresses).
  • Coordinate logistics including venue, materials, speakers, and attendees.
  • Ensure smooth end to end event delivery aligned with brand and compliance standards.
  • Track event performance and provide post event reports and feedback.
  • Execute and manage local digital assets and social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
  • Ensure content is aligned with global/regional guidelines while relevant to the local market.
  • Coordinate posting schedules, content adaptation, and community engagement.
  • Monitor basic digital performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Support implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions at the local level.
  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies for production and delivery of assets.
  • Support coordination with local KOLs, clinics, and partners for events and campaigns.
  • Collect and report local marketing activity data.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or digital execution.
  • Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram) preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or aesthetics is a plus.
