Coins.ph is an established crypto brand in the Philippines with more than 18 million users.

The company provides cryptocurrency trading and financial services through a mobile app.

Coins.ph is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and holds Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses.

Build and execute the UAE market-entry plan for outbound remittances from Dubai into priority markets and corridors.
Drive partnerships that accelerate adoption and reduce friction, using stablecoin rails where appropriate.
Deliver transaction and volume growth across cross-border remittances and payments within the first 12–18 months.

Provide executive oversight of the compliance agenda led by the Chief Compliance Officer.
Ensure alignment with VARA expectations, effective supervision, and appropriately scaled controls as volumes grow.
Maintain senior-level engagement with VARA as required and support regulatory interactions.

Establish credibility with VARA; prior UAE regulatory engagement is preferred.
Connect Dubai market realities with Coins.ph leadership and international expansion priorities.

Demonstrate a hands-on builder mentality and create momentum quickly from a standing start.
Balance commercial speed with regulatory credibility and control integrity.

Must be based in the UAE.
Senior fintech, payments, or remittances leadership experience in the UAE.
Demonstrated ability to build a new market presence and convert partnerships into volume.
Strong understanding of crypto and stablecoins, including stablecoin rails and remittance economics.
Prior experience engaging UAE regulators; VARA experience is preferred.
