Responsibilities
- Develop and execute country level sales and market expansion strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Deliver agreed volume, revenue, market share, profitability, and distribution targets
- Establish strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key trade partners across Cameroon
- Coordinate local operational activities relating to shipment clearance, warehousing, inventory movement, and market distribution
- Drive local brand visibility, consumer awareness, and market activation initiatives for Bullet Energy Drink
- Develop country business plans, market development initiatives, and execution roadmaps
- Coordinate regulatory engagement and government relations activities relevant to the Bullet brand in Cameroon
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in Sales, Commercial Management, Trade Marketing, FMCG, Beverages, Consumer Goods, or related sectors
- Strong experience managing distributors and route to market operations
- Strong understanding of the Cameroon market, trade structure, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment
- Fluency in French required; English proficiency an added advantage
- Strong in Excel and PowerPoint; strong experience with MS Office
- Experience coordinating supply chain, importation, logistics, or operational activities highly desirable

Overview
- EnjoyBev is seeking a commercially driven and hands on Country Commercial Lead to drive growth, operational coordination, market expansion, and brand positioning of the Enjoybev portfolio across Cameroon.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute country level sales and market expansion strategies aligned with EnjoyBev's corporate objectives.
- Deliver agreed volume, revenue, market share, profitability, and distribution targets.
- Create and monitor the full year spend budget broken into brand and trade spend and ensure proper execution and tracking.
- Identify new growth opportunities across regions, channels, On Trade, customer segments, and trade categories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, consumer behavior, and route to market effectiveness.
- Drive aggressive market penetration and outlet expansion across both modern and traditional trade channels.
- Ensure penetration of range into interior regions to drive higher offtake while solving for limited infrastructure.
- Identify brand growth opportunities both existing and new and create the road map to execution.
- Establish strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key trade partners across Cameroon.
- Ensure distributor agreements, trading terms, and commercial contracts remain valid and up to date.
- Drive distributor performance, depletion efficiency, stock rotation, and market coverage.
- Coordinate joint business planning initiatives with key distributors and channel partners.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Sales, Commercial Management, Trade Marketing, FMCG, Beverages, Consumer Goods, or related sectors.
- Strong experience managing distributors and route to market operations.
- Experience within beverage, energy drink, alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages, or fast moving consumer goods sectors will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Cameroon market, trade structure, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
- Experience coordinating supply chain, importation, logistics, or operational activities is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to drive market expansion, revenue growth, and commercial execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing budgets, commercial spend, and sales performance metrics.
- Fluency in French is required. English proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Needs to be strong in Excel for numbers and presentation skills with PPT. So strong experience with MS office is key.
