Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long term customer relationships with assigned markets and accounts
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned markets
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to post sales follow up
- Represent Swift at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Demonstrate strong accountability for individual and team performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven track record in business development/consultative sales, preferably in financial services or technology
- Demonstrable experience in building and nurturing strong customer relationships
- Ability to proactively identify customer needs and translate into business opportunities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to travel to assigned countries
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Based in Dubai
