Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement strategic sales plans across all channels with focus on project sales (B2B, contracting, government)
- Set monthly and annual sales targets and increase profit margin
- Build and develop a strong network of relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and real estate developers
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve high results in profitable sales
- Analyze market and competitor data and provide product recommendations, pricing, and marketing strategies
- Cooperate with production department to ensure product availability for customer projects
- Follow up on financial collections and ensure credit policy compliance
- Prepare periodic reports to senior management on sales performance and market challenges
- Represent the company in major exhibitions and events
Requirements
- Good experience/exposure in KSA
- Experience in paint or related industry preferred
- Proven ability to lead sales across retail, online, and project channels
- Strong network with key clients, consultants, contractors, and real estate developers

Job Overview
- A leading Paint Manufacturing company in KSA is looking for Country Commercial Manager (Sales & Marketing Manager) to be based in Riyadh and reports to CEO.
- Drives revenue, market share, and strategic growth.
- Lead and develop the company's sales strategy with focus on major project sales.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Preparing and implementing strategic sales plans at the level of all channels, with special focus on project sales (B2B, contracting, major government and private sectors).
- Set monthly and annual sales targets, with clear targets for project sales and increase profit margin.
- Building and developing a strong network of relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and real estate developers.
- Lead the sales team and motivate them to achieve high results in profitable sales, especially in the projects sector.
- Analyze market and competitor data and provide product recommendations, prices, and appropriate marketing strategies.
- Cooperating with the production department to ensure availability of products and specifications for customer projects.
- Follow up on financial collections and ensure implementation of credit policies.
- Prepare periodic reports to senior management on sales performance, profitability, market challenges, and expansion opportunities.
- Representing the company in major exhibitions and events to enhance commercial presence.
