About the Role
Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment is looking for a Counter Sales Executive to join their Sinotruk team in Dubai. The role involves assisting walk-in customers with truck spare parts enquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Assist walk in customers and fleet clients with truck spare parts enquiries and sales
- Identify, source and recommend correct spare parts based on customer requirements
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders and ensure timely follow up
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and technical support
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, service, and sales teams
- Manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously in a high volume environment
- Support achievement of departmental sales targets
- Ensure accurate system updates, documentation, and inventory related transactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in Counter Sales, Parts Sales, or Spare Parts Sales within the truck, commercial vehicle or heavy equipment industry
- Strong knowledge of truck spare parts, ideally with exposure to Sinotruk, Sitrak, or other heavy commercial vehicle brands
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications

Counter Sales Executive – Truck Spare Parts (Sinotruk) | Dubai
- Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment is looking for an experienced Counter Sales Executive to join their Sinotruk team in Dubai.
- This is a fast paced customer facing role requiring strong truck spare parts knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk in customers and fleet clients with truck spare parts enquiries and sales.
