About the Role

- Collect payments and issue receipts as required
- Address customer concerns and provide timely assistance
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, and customer transactions
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams regarding vehicle status
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, administration, or car rental operations is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle customers professionally and efficiently

Job Overview
