About the Role
FK Tools seeks a Counter Sales Executive to attend walk-in customers, prepare quotations, and achieve monthly sales targets. Requires 2-5 years of counter or showroom sales experience, preferably in hardware or industrial tools.

Responsibilities
- Attend walk in customers and understand their product requirements
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customer opportunities
- Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely product availability and delivery
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure showroom is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals
- Work closely with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the company's system
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in counter sales or showroom sales
- Experience in hardware, industrial tools, hand tools, power tools, building materials, or related industries preferred
- Good knowledge of customer handling and sales techniques
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (ERP, Microsoft Office, or CRM systems)
- Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
- Fluency in English is required
