- Prepare and maintain accurate cost calculations for sourced and traded products
- Collect supplier quotations, verify pricing, and analyze shipping and customs related costs
- Consolidate cost data into clear cost sheets for internal use
- Update cost data in relevant systems and track cost changes over time
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to provide timely costing information for quotes and proposals
- Review cost variances, flag discrepancies, and support decision making with cost comparisons and margin analyses
- Maintain organized records and contribute to process improvements for pricing accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
- Good with numbers and accurate data entry
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, trading, wholesale, or retail is a plus
- Comfortable using Excel, spreadsheets, and basic accounting or ERP systems
- Good communication skills and able to work with remote teams
- Organized, able to manage tasks, and meet deadlines
- Background in business, finance, supply chain, or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of the UAE market, logistics, and customs is an advantage

Role Description
- The Costing Coordinator is a part time, remote role responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate cost calculations for sourced and traded products.

- The role involves updating cost data in relevant systems, tracking cost changes over time, and coordinating with the procurement and sales teams to provide timely costing information for quotes and proposals.
