Cost Manager/Quantity Surveying Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveying Consultant to manage project costs, commercial matters, quantity surveying, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage cost planning, budgeting, estimating, and cost control.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, cost plans, and reports.
• Monitor project expenditure, commitments, variations, and cost performance.
• Review tenders, contractor quotations, valuations, and commercial submissions.
• Manage procurement, contract administration, and final accounts.
• Assess variations, claims, and contractual cost implications.
• Identify cost risks and support value engineering initiatives.
• Provide commercial advice to project teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Prepare cost forecasts and management reports.

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Cost Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial roles.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, BOQs, tendering, valuations, contracts, and cost control.
• Good understanding of variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with QS/cost management software is an advantage.
• RICS, SISV, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• Construction, engineering, property development, or large-scale project experience preferred.
