Job Purpose
Support the Finance team with accurate cost tracking, financial reporting, and cost control across manufacturing operations.
Contribute to financial integrity by analyzing production costs, supporting month-end activities, and following accounting and internal control requirements.
Gain exposure to factory finance operations while supporting operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, monitor, and analyze production costs including labor, overhead, materials, and other manufacturing expenses.
- Identify cost variances, investigate discrepancies, and support accurate cost allocation and reporting.
- Prepare financial reports and performance analyses for business and operational decisions.
- Maintain product pricing and cost information in relevant financial systems.
- Process cycle count adjustment documents and support month-end journal entries.
- Reconcile financial and operational data and participate in cost optimization analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and financial governance requirements.
- Support internal controls submissions and audit and compliance documentation.
