Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience as a Cost Controller in catering or food and beverage operations is mandatory.
- At least eight years of relevant cost-control experience in catering, a central kitchen, restaurants, or large-scale food and beverage operations.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory, particularly Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Accounting/Costing modules.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to prepare and analyze cost-control reports.
Responsibilities
- Control and monitor costs for catering and food and beverage operations.
- Apply hands-on cost-control practices across catering, central kitchen, restaurant, or large-scale food and beverage operations.
- Use Odoo ERP Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Accounting/Costing modules for cost-control activities.
- Prepare and analyze cost-control reports using Excel.
