Responsibilities
- Monitor food and beverage costs and inventory control
- Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and goods received
- Prepare cost reports, inventory reconciliations, and consumption analysis
- Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Support menu costing and analyze food cost variances
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and minimize waste
- Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Kitchen, and F&B teams
Requirements
- Experience in cost control, preferably in hospitality
- Knowledge of inventory management and reconciliation
- Ability to prepare cost reports and analyze variances
