- Monitor and control costs across hospitality operations, including outlets, catering, and events
- Review cost reports and analyze variances
- Track inventory and consumption
- Support pricing decisions for menus and services
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams to implement cost control procedures
- Maintain accurate cost records and identify opportunities for efficiency and margin improvement
- Prepare regular cost performance reports and support audits
- Contribute to the development of cost related policies and best practices
Requirements
- Strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Skills in Cost Accounting and Finance
- Solid Analytical Skills
- Relevant experience in hospitality or F&B cost control, including inventory management and menu costing
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP or POS based cost systems
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and effective communication and collaboration skills

Role Description
- The Cost Controller is a full time, on site role based in Doha, Qatar.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling costs across hospitality operations, ensuring alignment with budgeted targets and commercial objectives.
- Day to day tasks include reviewing cost reports, analyzing variances, tracking inventory and consumption, and supporting pricing decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Skills in Cost Accounting and Finance
- Solid Analytical Skills
- Relevant experience in hospitality or F&B cost control, including inventory management and menu costing, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, with proficiency in Excel and ERP or POS based cost systems, is preferred.
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar, with strong attention to detail, integrity, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
