Cost Control Engineer - Roads & Bridges

The Cost Control Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and controlling project costs throughout the lifecycle of the Projects. The role will support project management in maintaining budget compliance, cost forecasting accuracy, financial reporting, and effective commercial decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Cost Engineering, or a related discipline.

Master's Degree in Project Management, Cost Engineering, or Construction Management is an advantage.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in cost control and project controls within major construction projects.

Minimum 5 years of experience on bridge and transportation infrastructure projects.

GCC or Saudi Arabia project experience is highly desirable.

Experience working with consultants, PMCs, government authorities, or major contractors is preferred.
