Responsibilities
- Perform cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for facility management projects
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel
- Utilize Primavera P6, SAP, Oracle, Maximo, CAFM/CMMS for cost management
Requirements
- 4 5 years of experience in Facility Management
- Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets within facility management environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, Power Query, and dashboards)
- Experience with Primavera P6, SAP, Oracle, Maximo, CAFM/CMMS, or other ERP and facility management systems
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and vendor management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
