This position reports directly to the Finance Manager, Supply Chain.

Work schedule: Monday - Thursday in office, possibility of remote work on Fridays.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accounting Specialist to join our Corporate Office team in Willmar, MN.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory records, managing warehouse financials, and supporting operational efficiency for Applegate inventory sites.

• Monitor and process all activity associated with inventory, purchases, and usage of raw materials/supplies co-packer produced items to ensure proper asset accountability and valuation as well as accurate product costs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for Applegate’s main distribution center and monitor third party EDI transactions for accuracy and validity.
• Perform daily inventory adjustments, inventory shipments, inventory receipts, and reconciliation for assigned Applegate third party warehouses.
