Corrugator Supervisor

The 3rd Shift Corrugator Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the efficient and safe operation of the corrugator production line during the second shift at our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for managing a team of operators, maintenance and shipping personnel to ensure consistent product quality, meet production targets, and minimize downtime. The supervisor will implement and enforce safety protocols, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow. By maintaining clear communication and fostering a collaborative work environment, the supervisor ensures that production goals align with company standards and customer expectations. Ultimately, this role is essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives and sustaining high levels of operational excellence within the corrugator department.
