Noww Club is seeking a Corporate Wellness Sales Lead to build corporate partnerships in Dubai and the UAE. The role involves leading conversations with HR leaders and converting them into partners.

Responsibilities
- Lead corporate wellness conversations in Dubai and the broader UAE
- Build relationships with HR leaders, People Officers and CHROs at regional and multinational organisations
- Convert relationships into Noww Club corporate partners
- Work closely with the Noww founding team
- Represent the programme on the ground in Dubai
Requirements
- 2 3 years of experience in corporate wellness sales or delivery with exposure to global or regional enterprise clients in the UAE or Gulf
- Established network within the Dubai HR and corporate wellbeing community
- Understanding of cultural and organisational nuances of selling wellness in the region
- Comfortable working independently in a commission based structure
- Experience with international wellness platforms, EAP programmes or corporate health initiatives is a strong plus

- We're launching in Dubai and are looking for someone who knows the corporate wellness landscape in the Gulf and can build our presence there.
The Role
- You will lead corporate wellness conversations in Dubai and the broader UAE, building relationships with HR leaders, People Officers and CHROs at regional and multinational organisations, and converting them into Noww Club corporate partners.
- You'll work closely with the Noww founding team and represent the programme on the ground in Dubai.
