Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Corporate Training Manager** to design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and development, with a strong ability to align training initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate training strategies and programs
- Assess organizational training needs through analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Design learning materials, workshops, and e-learning modules
- Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops when required
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly
- Manage training budgets, schedules, and resources
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives
- Lead and mentor the training and development team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training or learning & development
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Ability to analyze data and measure training impact
Preferred Skills
- Certification in training or coaching (e.g., CPTD or similar)
- Experience in consulting or professional services environment
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
