Balfour Beatty VINCI SYSTRA Joint Venture is hiring a Corporate Training Manager to lead learning and development strategy, corporate training programs, and talent development initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate training strategies, learning frameworks, competency models, and talent development roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of onboarding, leadership development, technical, compliance, professional skills, and organizational development training programs
- Collaborate with HR, Department Managers, Operations, IT, Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Executive Leadership to identify learning needs and align training initiatives
- Conduct training needs assessments, skills gap analyses, workforce capability evaluations, and succession planning initiatives
- Develop engaging learning content, instructor led training, e learning modules, blended learning programs, workshops, webinars, and learning resources
- Oversee the implementation and administration of Learning Management Systems, digital learning platforms, and training technologies
- Monitor KPIs including training completion rates, learner engagement, knowledge retention, employee performance improvements, compliance rates, and return on training investment
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback surveys, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Manage corporate training budgets, vendor relationships, external learning providers, certification programs, and educational partnerships
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and mandatory training obligations
- Drive learning innovation through digital learning technologies, AI enabled learning tools, microlearning, gamification, and analytics driven development programs
- Prepare training reports, learning dashboards, workforce development analyses, and executive presentations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, Learning & Development, or a related field
- Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPTD, ATD, SHRM, CIPD, PMP, Train the Trainer, or equivalent advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, talent development, organizational development, or related roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing enterprise training programs, learning teams, or organizational development initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, competency development, leadership training, learning technologies, and performance management
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, e learning authoring tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, HRIS platforms, and learning analytics solutions
- Strong leadership, facilitation, presentation, communication, coaching, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments
