Role Description
- This is a part time hybrid role for a Corporate Trainer based in Dubai, with a mix of on site training delivery and work from home responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with organizational goals
- Use a variety of instructional methods such as workshops, presentations, and e learning modules
- Assess learning needs, create training materials, facilitate interactive sessions
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
- Partner with managers and HR to support onboarding, soft skills development, and continuous learning initiatives
- Maintain accurate training records and reports
- Stay current with learning trends and tools, tailoring content to diverse audiences
Qualifications
- Strong skills in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning methodologies
- Proficiency in delivering in person and virtual training sessions, including use of presentation tools and online learning platforms
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Capability to conduct training needs analyses, gather feedback, and evaluate program outcomes
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Relevant training or L&D certifications are an advantage
- Experience in corporate training, coaching, or professional development within a multicultural environment preferred
- Comfort with technology and digital tools, including office productivity software and collaboration platforms
