- Deliver high quality CompTIA CySA+ training program to professionals
- Cover training outlines including Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Threat Analysis, Security Architecture, Risk Management, and Threat Intelligence
- Prepare participants for the CompTIA CySA+ certification examination and real world cybersecurity challenges
Requirements
- Active CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) certification
- Strong skills in instructional design, curriculum development, and training material creation for adult learners
- Demonstrated experience in delivering in person workshops, seminars, and corporate training sessions
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR, Business, or related field
- Experience working in corporate or professional training environments, preferably in the Middle East

About the Role
- This is a freelance, contract based, on site Corporate Trainer role based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
- Learnify Training Institute is seeking an experienced and passionate CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) Trainer to deliver high quality cybersecurity training program to professionals.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, practical industry experience, and the ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in instructional design, curriculum development, and training material creation for adult learners.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering in person workshops, seminars, and corporate training sessions in a professional setting.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to assess training needs, analyze performance gaps, and tailor programs to different organizational contexts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training projects and deadlines.
- Comfort with using digital tools, learning platforms, and presentation technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant training certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working in corporate or professional training environments, preferably within the Middle East region, is a plus.
- Candidate must hold an active CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) certification and able to certify trainers.
