About the Role
MHA UAE is seeking a Corporate Tax Director to lead the corporate tax team in Dubai. You will provide technical advisory on UAE Corporate Tax Law, international tax matters, and transfer pricing, while mentoring junior staff and driving business development.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical advisory on UAE Corporate Tax Law, including taxable presence, exemptions, reliefs, elections, Free Zone incentives and business restructuring
- Advise on international tax matters such as interpretation of double tax avoidance agreements / treaties, permanent establishment concept, Pillar 2 rules
- Interpret new legislation, Cabinet and Ministerial Decisions, and FTA guidance, ensuring clients remain compliant and informed
- Oversee corporate tax return preparation, tax computations, and supporting documentation for UAE entities and multinational groups
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns, registrations and de registrations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring adherence to quality and timelines of deliverables
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and support business development initiatives
- Present complex tax concepts clearly to senior stakeholders and non‑technical audiences
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
- Drive knowledge‑sharing initiatives and technical trainings/presentations on UAE corporate tax developments to internal and external audiences
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of the UAE Corporate Tax Law including Corporate Tax Guides, Cabinet and Ministerial Decisions and other guidance
- Well versed with international tax concepts including Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements and international tax commentaries
- Ability to provide technical advisory on UAE Corporate Tax Law, including taxable presence, exemptions, reliefs, elections, Free Zone incentives and business restructuring
- Experience advising on international tax matters such as interpretation of double tax avoidance agreements / treaties, permanent establishment concept, Pillar 2 rules
- Ability to understand and communicate with clients on transfer pricing matters including TP documentation, benchmarking, TP methodologies
- Experience overseeing corporate tax return preparation, tax computations, and supporting documentation for UAE entities and multinational groups
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
