• Supporting planned maintenance, breakdown activity and service administration.
• Creating and maintaining work orders, purchase orders, invoicing records and service documentation.
• Managing maintenance trackers, Excel spreadsheets and reporting information.

• Following up outstanding actions, records and information to ensure work can proceed safely and efficiently.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who brings both capability, initiative and a collaborative mindset.

• Experience in an administration role within a service, maintenance, operations, industrial, technical or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, documentation and trackers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence learning new business systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, customers and contractors.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Ability to work from our Mulgrave office during onboarding and training

Highly regarded

• Exposure to maintenance, field service, industrial equipment or technical operations environments.
• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in understanding equipment and maintenance processes.
• Experience using ERP, CRM or service management systems such as Infor or Salesforce.
• Previous experience supporting data centre, power generation or critical infrastructure operations
