WE ARE HIRING – Corporate Social Responsibility PROFESSIONALS
Redolent Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Professionals to lead and manage our social impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with company vision
- Plan and execute community welfare programs
- Manage sustainability and social impact projects
- Coordinate with NGOs, government bodies, and community organizations
- Prepare CSR reports, compliance documentation, and impact assessments
- Lead initiatives in healthcare, environment, education, and community development
Requirements
- Experience in CSR / Sustainability / Social Impact Projects
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Knowledge of CSR regulations and reporting
- Passion for community development and social responsibility
- Minimum 2–5 years experience preferred
