We are looking for an experienced
Corporate Services Manager
to oversee UAE business setup solutions, government relations, licensing procedures, visa processing, corporate tax, VAT compliance, banking support, and corporate advisory services for local and international clients.
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end corporate service operations while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and delivering professional client support.
Business Setup
- Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation
- License renewals, amendments, and corporate restructuring support
Pro Services
- Residence visas, Emirates ID, labour, and immigration processes
- Government documentation and approvals
Government Relations
- Coordination with DET, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and Free Zone authorities
Corporate Tax Services
- Corporate Tax registration, filing, and compliance management
Vat Services
- VAT registration, return filing, refunds, and compliance reviews
Fta Compliance
- FTA portal management, audit assistance, and regulatory updates
Banking Support
- Corporate bank account opening assistance
- KYC documentation and banking coordination
Client Management
- Client advisory, progress updates, and issue resolution
Documentation & Compliance
- Record management, renewals tracking, and regulatory compliance monitoring
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete UAE company formation processes
- Handle business license applications, renewals, and amendments
- Process residency visas and employment visa applications
- Coordinate with UAE government departments and Free Zone authorities
- Manage Corporate Tax and VAT registration and filing requirements
- Handle FTA-related procedures and compliance documentation
- Support corporate bank account opening processes
- Ensure clients remain compliant with UAE regulations
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Track license, visa, tax, and renewal deadlines
- Provide continuous corporate support and advisory services
Requirements
- Minimum
- 3 years of UAE experience
- in corporate services
- Previous experience in a
Business Setup Consultancy
- is preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, licensing, and visa procedures
- Understanding of Corporate Tax and VAT regulations
- Experience working with DET, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and Free Zone authorities
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
