About the Role

Responsibilities
- Understand CEO priorities and convert them into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate and track internal improvement and strategic projects
- Support implementation of holding companies, SPVs, subsidiaries, family trusts, and restructuring initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, legal advisers, tax advisers, banks, and authorities
- Maintain project trackers, action registers, meeting minutes, and decision logs
- Follow up with stakeholders and ensure timely closure of assigned actions
- Identify delays, risks, and dependencies and escalate to CEO
- Prepare concise weekly dashboards and management updates
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, financial, legal, and family matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Law, Management, or related field
- 6 10 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, CEO office coordination, governance, or business transformation
- Minimum 2 years of UAE or GCC experience
- Experience coordinating with lawyers, tax advisers, auditors, corporate service providers, banks, government authorities, and senior management
- Experience in real estate, holding companies, family businesses, SPVs, or corporate restructuring
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Arabic or second languages considered a plus

Duties and Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, legal advisers, tax advisers, banks, and authorities.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or project management certification will be an advantage.
- Between 6 10 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, CEO office coordination, governance, or business transformation (including a minimum of 2 years of UAE or GCC experience).
- Experience coordinating with lawyers, tax advisers, auditors, corporate service providers, banks, government authorities, and senior management is preferred.
- Experience in real estate, holding companies, family businesses, SPVs, or corporate restructuring will be an advantage.

Other Details
- Working days and hours: Sunday to Thursday (9 hrs/day) 8:30 until 17:30
- Candidate should be currently in or willing to relocate to Ajman, UAE.
