Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Corporate Services Manager.

The Corporate Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, managing corporate-related projects, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and supporting strategic planning.

Additional responsibilities include facilitating communication across departments, optimizing workflows, and addressing process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Administrative and organizational skills, with experience in managing corporate operations and facilitating projects
  • Experience in strategic planning and process improvement
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse team remotely
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and policies related to corporate services
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools suitable for managing corporate operations and remote collaboration
  • Prior experience in higher education or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
