We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Corporate Services Manager to oversee and coordinate the company’s corporate support functions, ensuring efficient administrative operations and smooth business support services across the organization.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing operational effectiveness, supporting internal stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of corporate governance and service delivery.
Key responsibilities include managing corporate administration, office operations, procurement coordination, vendor and contract management, facilities oversight, and support service functions.
The Corporate Services Manager will also assist in policy implementation, budget monitoring, process improvement initiatives, and cross-departmental coordination to support overall business objectives.
The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with management, employees, and external partners to ensure corporate services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Corporate Services, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of corporate administration, office management, procurement, and support service operations
- Experience in vendor coordination, contract administration, and operational support functions
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Ability to manage budgets, operational planning, and process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and handle confidential matters professionally
