ALTIOS International seeks a Corporate Services Assistant in Dubai to administer company set-up, amendments, corporate governance, and visa processing. The role involves client liaison, application management, and knowledge of UAE free zone and mainland regulations.

Responsibilities
- Administer company set up, amendments, corporate governance, and visa processing
- Liaise with clients daily, managing applications and providing updates
- Prepare proposals, tax invoices, and engagement letters
- Handle company set up, bank account opening, license renewals, and amendments
- Draft resolutions, power of attorney, and other documents
- Manage visa applications and cancellations in coordination with PRO
- Follow up with government authorities on pending applications
- Track expiry dates of licenses, leases, and visas, and send reminders
Requirements
- In depth knowledge of UAE Free Zones and onshore company rules and regulations
- Experience in the CSP (Corporate Service Provider) industry preferred
- Strong administrative and client handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to review and understand legal documentation

Role Overview
- The role is predominantly administration and customer service based, involving company set up, amendments, corporate governance, and visa processing.
- The candidate will be the first point of contact for clients regarding incorporation, license renewals, and changes to company structure.
- The role requires in depth knowledge of UAE free zone and onshore regulations.
Responsibilities
- Familiarity with UAE Free Zones and onshore company rules.
- Create proposals for prospective clients via PowerPoint.
- Onboarding, Client Due Diligence, and KYC of new clients.
- Prepare tax invoices and engagement letters.
- Manage relationships with tagged clients and their employees.
- Handle company set up, bank account opening, license renewals, and amendments.
- Draft Resolutions, Power of Attorney, Letters, and other documents.
- Handle clients' visa applications and cancellations.
- Review and understand legal documentation such as Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Follow up with pending applications with Government and Free Zone Authorities.
- Personally visit government authorities as needed.
- Track expiry dates of licenses, leases, establishment cards, and visas.
Qualifications
- In depth knowledge of UAE Free Zones and onshore company regulations.
- Experience in the CSP industry preferred.
- Strong administrative and client handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to review and understand legal documentation.
