We are seeking an experienced Corporate Security Manager to lead enterprise physical security, asset protection, and corporate security operations. The role requires 5+ years in corporate security or related roles, strong knowledge of physical security systems, and experience with security management platforms.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate security strategies, governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operational procedures aligned with organizational objectives and enterprise risk management goals
- Lead physical security operations including facility security, access control, executive protection coordination, visitor management, surveillance systems, security staffing, and emergency preparedness programs
- Collaborate with facilities management, human resources, legal, compliance, information security, health and safety, business continuity, operations, and executive leadership to develop integrated security solutions and mitigate organizational risks
- Conduct enterprise security risk assessments, site vulnerability analyses, threat intelligence reviews, and security audits to identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including security incident rates, response times, audit findings, compliance performance, access control effectiveness, emergency readiness, and asset protection metrics
- Oversee investigations into security incidents, theft, workplace violence, fraud, unauthorized access, and policy violations while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external law enforcement agencies when required
- Develop and maintain crisis management, emergency response, evacuation, business continuity, and incident management plans to strengthen organizational resilience
- Manage relationships with security service providers, guarding companies, technology vendors, government authorities, emergency services, and regulatory agencies to ensure high quality security support and compliance
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, local regulations, security standards, health and safety requirements, and industry best practices related to physical security and corporate protection
- Lead, mentor, and develop security supervisors, security officers, investigators, and cross functional stakeholders while fostering a culture of vigilance, integrity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Law Enforcement, Risk Management, Emergency Management, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in corporate security, physical security, asset protection, law enforcement, military, security operations, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing corporate security programs, security teams, investigations, or enterprise security operations preferred
- Strong understanding of physical security systems, access control, surveillance technologies, investigations, crisis management, emergency response, business continuity, risk assessment, and security governance
- Experience with PSIM platforms, access control systems, VMS, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, incident management software, and security reporting tools
- Strong leadership, analytical, investigative, organizational, crisis management, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, incident response, presentation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage enterprise security programs while balancing employee safety, operational continuity, regulatory compliance, asset protection, and organizational objectives
- Ability to work independently in on site and hybrid environments with flexibility to respond to security incidents and emergencies outside normal business hours when required

The Role

- 5+ years of experience in corporate security, physical security, asset protection, law enforcement, military, security operations, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing corporate security programs, security teams, investigations, or enterprise security operations preferred
- Strong understanding of physical security systems, access control, surveillance technologies, investigations, crisis management, emergency response, business continuity, risk assessment, and security governance
- Experience with PSIM platforms, access control systems, VMS, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, incident management software, and security reporting tools
- Familiarity with executive protection, travel security, workplace violence prevention, cybersecurity collaboration, artificial intelligence (AI) enabled surveillance, smart building technologies, and regulatory compliance is advantageous
- Strong leadership, analytical, investigative, organizational, crisis management, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, incident response, presentation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
