Corporate Sales Support Team Member

Experience in Corporate Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Account Coordination, Trade Administration, Banking, Hospitality, Timeshare, or a related field.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Timeshare industry experience.

Inventory management experience.

Customer relations or customer success experience.

Banking, document management, or contract administration experience.

Hospitality or resort operations experience.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Florida Real Estate License is required.

Technical Skills:

Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)

Microsoft Outlook

Data entry and document management

CRM or customer database systems

Reporting and recordkeeping

Basic computer troubleshooting
