Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, pitch, and acquire new corporate clients for office catering, daily meal plans, corporate events, and premium gift hampers
- Build and maintain long term relationships with HR managers, administrative heads, and corporate event planners to ensure repeat business
- Represent The One Cafe at corporate networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings with a highly professional demeanor
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets set by the management
- Prepare tailored corporate proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize service level agreements (SLAs) in alignment with company margins
- Work closely with Café Operations and Culinary teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of corporate orders and events
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and corporate demand to help refine the café’s B2B sales strategy
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate account management, or business development
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or luxury events is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

- The One Cafe is seeking a dynamic, results driven, and polished Female Corporate Sales Specialist to drive our B2B business growth.
- You will be the face of our corporate division, responsible for building strategic partnerships, securing corporate catering contracts, hosting corporate events, and managing large scale B2B accounts.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,123.71 AED 11,305.47 per month.
