Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Corporate Sales Manager.
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing client accounts, generating leads, driving sales, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet performance targets and operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and ability to identify new business opportunities
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations
- Excellent Customer Service skills and focus on delivering client satisfaction
- Relevant experience in corporate sales or a related field in a business-to-business environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site role based in Dubai
- Knowledge of the corporate training industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Strong network of contacts in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Experience in education or training is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Compensation
- Basic Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month
- Commission: 8% – 12% on new contracts
• Renewal Commission: 3%
- Performance Bonuses based on revenue targets
