Role Overview
Lead corporate business development, key account management, sales generation, and revenue target achievement in Dubai.
The role covers corporate travel, group bookings, holiday packages, and MICE business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage corporate travel accounts and build client relationships.
- Generate new business and expand the corporate client base.
- Handle corporate bookings, group holidays, and group travel requirements.
- Manage and develop MICE business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and convert leads into bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for smooth booking and event execution.
- Prepare sales reports and provide business performance updates.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in corporate travel, travel sales, MICE, or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel and group bookings is required.
