Areeka, a digital mental health platform, is hiring its first B2B Sales Lead to build the B2B function from scratch, landing corporate clients and shaping the sales motion.

- Build Areeka's B2B function from the ground up
- Land first corporate clients and shape the sales motion
- Own the full cycle: prospecting employers and HR teams, running discovery and demos, structuring pilots, and closing deals
- Work directly with the founder and have real ownership over how we grow
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling into UAE/GCC companies
- Background in HR tech, employee benefits, healthtech, or SaaS a strong plus
- Existing network of HR / People leaders or decision makers in the region
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Full cycle sales skills: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing
- Arabic & English strongly preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role in Dubai for our first B2B Sales Lead. You'll build Areeka's B2B function from the ground up — landing our first corporate clients, shaping our sales motion, and laying the foundation for the team that follows.
- You'll own the full cycle: prospecting employers and HR teams, running discovery and demos, structuring pilots, and closing deals.
- You'll work directly with the founder and have real ownership over how we grow. This is a zero to one role for someone who thrives on building rather than inheriting a playbook.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling into UAE/GCC companies
- Background in HR tech, employee benefits, healthtech, or SaaS a strong plus
- An existing network of HR / People leaders or decision makers in the region
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Full cycle sales skills: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Arabic & English strongly preferred
- Passion for mental health and improving access to care in the region
